This is a program designed for mentoring graduates purposed to develop leadership, theology knowledge, and interpersonal skills through continued education! Click each class for a summary and be sure to apply early, seating per class is limited.

Time Management

Life is made up by moments and the effectiveness of our leadership is determined by how we steward those moments. The goal of this class is to help you identify current areas of time management struggle and apply proven principles to help you develop and improve in those specific areas. This will be accomplished by examining the three key areas of time management; assessment, skill development, and personal application. Participants can expect to spend 5-10 hours a week watching video, doing discussion, completing assignments, and connecting with other coordinators.


Life is full of relationships. A key to successful leadership is learning to set boundaries in relationships in ministry, family, work, and friendship. This course goes through Henry Cloud and John Townsend’s book, Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life, identifying where we personally struggle with boundaries and learning how to apply healthy boundaries to life and leadership. The class will include week assignments, group discussion, conference calls, and a private Facebook Group.
